GeoEnergy (GeoEn) brings together excellent research and technology development as well as economic aspects concerning energy generated from geological resources. Key topics of the conference and its Summer School therefore deal with geothermal technologies, carbon capture and storage, unconventional gas exploration (Shale Gas) as well as education and outreach.

GeoEnergy (GeoEn) is a German project supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
